How to Apply
Admissions to Eton Park Primary are managed through Staffordshire County Council. Our admissions policy can be found in the policy section and the link below will guide you through the process.

Our academy’s PAN (pupil admission number) is 55 children per year group. As a junior academy we admit pupils into years 3, 4, 5 and 6.
If you would like to apply for a place for your child to attend our academy there is a registration process you will need to follow. If you would like your child to attend year 3 as a new pupil you will need to contact the Admissions Department at Staffordshire County Council and complete the admissions form.
If your child is transferring from another school (mid- year transfer) you will need to ask your current school for an admissions form (which has a section for the head teacher to complete). Complete the rest of the details on the admissions form and give it in to our office. Our academy then has 10 days to inform you if there is a place available for your child.
If we are able to offer you a place within our academy you will be invited to look around and complete the registration forms. When you attend this meeting you will need to bring with you the following documentation in order to complete the registration process.
- Proof of address (the most recent utility bill)
- Child's birth certificate and Passport
- Any academic reports you have on your child
If we are unable to offer your child a place you will be asked if you would like to go on a waiting list. The admissions department at Staffordshire County Council will be informed and will be able to assist you with finding another school.
